WINTER

Either:

• Tartan skirt or pinafore dress*
• White revere collar blouse or white polo neck jumper
• School Cardigan*
• Red or grey tights.

Or:

• Grey trousers***
• White shirt
• School tie*
• School jumper* or school cardigan *
• Grey socks.

And:

• Conventional black school shoes

Trainers are not to be worn in school. 

SUMMER

Either:

• Red and white striped dress
• School cardigan*
• White knee length or ankle socks

Or:

• Grey shorts***
• White polo shirt with school logo* 
• School jumper* or School cardigan*
• Grey knee length or ankle socks

And:

• Conventional black school shoes. 

Trainers are not to be worn in school. 

Outer Wear

• Black Coat from Horncastles or a black coat, no fur or logos*or Chiddingstone School Red training top.** 
• Winter: Grey school hat (£4.50), grey school scarf (£4.50), grey school gloves (£3.50) **
• Summer: red school baseball cap (£4.50)**

(Priced items are available for purchase from the school office and paid for on Arbor).

PE Kit

• School red t-shirt*,
• Red school sweatshirt top*. 
• Black shorts/skort
• Black tracksuit bottoms
• Trainers (not plimsolls)
• White socks. 
• Chiddingstone School training top, compulsory in KS2/optional in KS1, available from School Office (KS1-£20 KS2-£25) ** 
• A drawstring PE bag clearly named on the outside. 
• Football boots for KS2 as required. 
• In addition, a house PE t-shirt is required for some inter-house sports events – priced £3 from the school office. **

School Bag

Small school rucksack (£10.00) KS1 **

Marking

All uniform should be clearly named either by name tape or indelible marking pen.

Jewellery

In the interests of health & safety and security, children should not wear any jewellery, with the exception of a wrist watch.  Earrings are not permitted in school.

Hair

All long hair must be tied up with a plain hairband in red, green, black or navy.

None of the following styles or material of trousers/shorts are acceptable:

Leggings

Wide leg /flared trousers

Skinny

Jeans

Jersey material

Woollen material

Lycra material

Jogging bottoms

Patterned

Sparkles

Zips with attachments e.g. hearts.

Trousers purchased from different outlets, must be the same as those shown in the links above.
